A partially visible large wooden bowl on a wooden surface surrounded by dried tea leaves, with a yellow banana with a fabric cover on its stem nearby.

   Gina Rose  Pottery

For me, pottery begins in much the same way as the flowers - with my hands happily in the earth. Working in small batches and using a mix of both wheel thrown and hand-built techniques, each piece is shaped with intention and slowly dried in my tiny studio space. The result is functional, everyday pottery meant to be used and enjoyed. Simple forms that carry the warmth of hand made work.

Several empty handcrafted clay mugs with wooden trays underneath, stacked on a wooden surface in a workshop or pottery studio.
